2021年11月22日(月)、26日(金)は午前中臨時休診致します。午後の診療時間は16時から18時です。また29日(月)は終日臨時休診します。毎週水曜日、金曜日、日祝日は定期休診日です。皆様には大変ご不便をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。
